Career guidance meetings with schoolchildren of the city
As part of the career guidance work, as well as the activities of the Alliance of Colleges of East Kazakhstan Region and Kazzink LLP, teachers of the Higher Technical and Humanitarian College, together with representatives of the enterprise, held meetings with schoolchildren of the city's schools.
The main purpose of these meetings is to help students consciously choose their future profession, introduce them to sought-after technical specialties and show real opportunities for professional growth in the region.
During the meetings, the students were told about the college's training areas, learning conditions, opportunities for dual education, internship at Kazzink LLP, as well as about the prospects for further employment. Special attention was paid to working professions, which are of high importance for the development of industry in East Kazakhstan today.
Representatives of Kazzink LLP spoke in detail about the company's activities, modern production technologies, requirements for young professionals and career opportunities for college graduates. The students were able to get answers to their questions and see that technical education opens the way to a stable, promising and respected profession.
The joint work of the college and Kazzink LLP is an important step in training future qualified personnel for the industry of East Kazakhstan. Such meetings motivate students to professional self-determination and build respect for work, production and working professions.
