A network cooperation agreement was signed between the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University and the Eastern Technical and Humanitarian College.

The signing of the document was a significant step towards building a unified educational space.
This will allow graduates of specialized college specialties to enroll in the educational programs of VSTU for a shortened training period of 2 years.
