On May 21-22, 2025, the director of the college, E.T. Irgebaev, took part in the ixth International Forum of the Alliance of Professional Education "One Belt, One Road", held in Xi'an (China).

The Forum brought together representatives of educational institutions, government agencies and enterprises seeking to develop international cooperation in the field of vocational education and training. The central topic of the meeting was the strengthening of partnership between China and Kazakhstan in the field of technical and vocational training, the exchange of experience, the implementation of joint educational programs, as well as the development of academic mobility of students and teachers.
Within the framework of the event, a workshop was held to discuss the "Qinling Workshop" paradigm, a model combining production practice and training. The participants considered the prospects for the implementation of this model in educational institutions in Kazakhstan.
The participation of E.T. Iregebaev in the forum was an important step towards the development of international cooperation between the college. The Forum emphasized the relevance of training qualified specialists in the context of growing cooperation between countries and increasing demands on the quality of education.
