The Director of the Higher Technical and Humanitarian College together with representatives of Kazzink LLP took part in the international event ERG Skills International 2025. Within the framework of the forum, a round table was held on the topic "Interaction of education and business: effective employment models and practices", as well as a forum of colleges and employers "Interaction of business and education in the ecosystem of continuous training for the MMC RK".

During the event, the participants discussed topical issues of training qualified personnel for the mining and metallurgical complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of a dual education system, improving graduate employment mechanisms and strengthening partnership between educational organizations and enterprises.
Representatives of the college and Kazzink LLP shared their experience of working together to train specialists, organize industrial practice, support students and implement educational programs focused on modern production requirements.
Participation in the forum has become an important platform for the exchange of experience, strengthening cooperation and developing new approaches to training in-demand specialists for the country's economy.
