On December 19, 2025, the regional forum "The Year of Working Professions: results, achievements and new Opportunities" was held with the participation of Akim of the East Kazakhstan region Nurymbet Amanuly Saktaganov.

The forum, organized by the East Kazakhstan Region Department of Education, brought together representatives of enterprises, social partners, colleges and students on one platform. During the event, the results of the development of the technical and vocational education system were summed up, and the contribution of social partners and educational organizations that made a significant contribution to the implementation of the Year of Working Professions was noted.
