As part of the Year of Working Professions, a series of meetings between metallurgy students and representatives of KazZinc LLP was held at the college.

The meetings were organized for second- and fourth-year students and covered two important topics: “Principles of Success” and “Modern Technologies in Lead and Copper Production.”

On May 14, specialists from KazZinc LLP — M. Shaimardanov, Head of the Charge Preparation Shop of the Lead Plant, and V. Luferov, Senior Foreman of the Electromechanical Department of the Metallurgical Plant — conducted a career guidance meeting for second-year students. Under the slogan “Success Begins with Small Steps,” the company representatives shared their career stories, emphasizing that determination and professionalism are valued at every stage of a professional career.

On May 22, fourth-year students had a unique opportunity to learn about modern technological processes used in lead and copper production. V. Evstratov, a representative of KazZinc LLP, spoke about the implementation of innovative solutions in the metallurgical industry.

Such events strengthen the connection between education and industry, promote informed career choices, and foster respect for work among young people.

KazZinc LLP once again confirmed its commitment to training highly qualified specialists and supporting working professions.
