As part of the Year of Working Professions, Kazzinc and educational institutions in the region signed a memorandum on the establishment of an Alliance. The cooperation will be aimed at training qualified and competitive specialists in the mining and metallurgical sector.

Every year, about 500 college students undergo practical training in the company's divisions, including the dual training system.
The creation of the Alliance will strengthen and expand cooperation between the company and educational institutions, ensuring more effective training of specialists. It is planned not only to develop educational programs, organize production practices and internships for students, but also to improve the skills of teachers of educational institutions based on Kazzinka enterprises.
"In modern conditions, knowledge requirements are changing very quickly, and we want young professionals to be as prepared as possible for these challenges," said Andrey LAZAREV, Kazzink's Managing Director for Administrative Affairs. – The memorandum will help us to create educational programs together that meet the real needs of production. This is a great opportunity for every student who dreams of building a successful career in the real sector of the economy.
